If Conger's going to have a pan handle all weekend, then I'm not sure I want to play with him!

 

I've got 2 boxes of 24 burgers and a load of peppers. If we BBQ both nights, can I stick one of the boxes in the freezer please Nick?

All packed now,even managed to "secret" a case of John Smiths into the boot :drunk: Got my directions from Norrie so should arrive at Banknock about 10am in the morning.

 

Roumour has it we may be fishing by about 3pm :thumbs: See you all shortly :rolleyes:

That sounds good Norrie,so got 3/4 hours to get skate bait and maybe try for a conger - never had one Norrie!!!! or a species hunt??? You are the gaffer mate :thumbs:

 

As long as I can light spin off the shore/boat I will be a happy chappie :rolleyes:

I'm hoping to leave Renfrew around 9am tomorrow and be at the ferry for maybe 10.30? What's everyone else's estimates?

hi TB, it usually takes me about 2 hours to the ferry from coatbridge if yer towing the boat might take you a bit longer an at 9am you will get a fair bit of holiday traffic eg caravans etc ..

LOL, Glad you said that Guy, I WAS thinking it tho '.!!!! :rolleyes::blink::rolleyes: Takes me about 2.1/2 hours from here to the ferry with the boat on, depending on traffic........should take about the same for Gordon... :D

just spoke to the geordie lads who were out with ian this week , they had another 4 today with another over the 200lb mark, they fished the pier last night an had lsd thornies strap conger , they are fishin the old pier tonight an just had a screamer of a run on a mackeral bait but dropped it , so there are some good sized conger there ...were ,s me driving gloves need to get up there pronto :clap2::clap2::clap2:

 

aye john , mal on the sauce is a sight to behold !!!

Guy, I've been home since 12 this afternoon, and I'm champing at the bit to get up there. but, got to wait on John,...oh, and John , and Shaun !!!!
