Conditions- early frost, partly cloudy, ambient temp 7 deg feels like 3,  humidity 43%, wind NW 10 mph, barometer 1020 mb, moon phase first quarter, DO 7.5 ppm, PH 7.94, Water temp dropped to 8.1 deg, mv29.

 

1st  Graham Skirry 76lb 10 oz Peg 3 (went over one silver net) all silvers

2nd John Foster 74lb 3oz peg 9 all silvers

3rd  Ricky Bennett 68lb 4oz peg 15

4th  Tommy Marshall 56lb 1oz peg 13 (went over one silver net weight)

Lookout

Silvers fishing very well, with some high weights coming out, carp switching on well with pellet waggler getting 93lb on Sundays match in 5 hours, conker, pellet, maggot, caster and worm doing great.

 

Bowes

 

Some large numbers of the big bream coming out, together with some excellent ide, orfe, and silvers, carp now switching on well to feed, with some good numbers of large doubles coming out.

 

Bassetts

 

Orfe to 3lb 7oz coming out with ide, rudd, roach, tench, crucians (tight in marginal reeds, and carp)

Fish up in the water tight in for rudd and orfe, and very tight in margins for carp and crucians.
