Bait giants Bait-Tech have shown fantastic growth in 2011 and are set for continued expansion both in UK and European markets for 2012.

Bait-Tech and company CEO Peter Clapperton are proud to announce they have added a new member to the Bait-Tech management. Hayley Goldsmith joins the team as Business Development Director.

Having been working in the management education sector for over 14 years Hayley brings a fresh perspective to Bait-Tech. Hayley has managed key global distribution partners, developed and implemented strategies to increase income, operational and technical efficiency and brand awareness. She has acquired thousands of new products, negotiated favourable contracts, project managed technical projects and analysed the competitors meticulously. Her strong networking, collaborative and relationship skills tied in with her attention to detail and her infectious enthusiasm show her to be an open, approachable, friendly and essential addition to the team.

On accepting the position Hayley says “This is an exciting challenge and in an industry where people have so much passion for the sport – I can’t help but be excited. Bait-Tech is a quality brand and I am ecstatic to be part of the team that will expand it’s reach and offerings in the global marketplace.”

Hayley has been consulting for Bait-Tech over the past few months and is set to fulfil her new role as of March 1st 2012.
