Hi,
I am holding a ladies day to raise money for Casting for Recovery UK & Ireland at Derwent Reservoir Saturday 9th June, 2012. I am hoping that 20 ladies will attend which means we’ll raise £600 for the charity. The charity day at Derwent Reservoir is aimed at women who would like to try fishing, including lapsed anglers and those who would like to spend a days fishing with fellow female anglers.
We hope to encourage more female participation into this superb sport and raise money for breast cancer at the same time.
Ladies Fishing coaches will take you step by step, teaching you everything you need to know to be able to have an enjoyable day fishing on the fly or using bait. Equipment is included. All instructors are UKCC Level 2 qualified, first aid trained, insured and CRB checked.
The cost of the days fishing and tuition will be donated to breast cancer charity Casting for Recovery UK & Ireland.
Venue is Derwent Reservoir time 9.30am till 4.00pm (sat nav DH8 9TT)
