Weekly Report for Week Ending 31st October, 2010

All 3 lochans fished very well again this week for fly and bait anglers.   Many anglers bagged their fish limits with an average trout size of 3lb, with many fish in the 5lb+  specimen category.

Intermediate lines and floating lines with sink tips are the best choice at the moment. Best Flies this week: Mini-Dancer, Sparklers, Montana, HH Damsel, Cormorants.  Best Bait: Orange Powerbait, Worms, Maggots, Taz’s.

ONE RED £50 TAG WAS CAUGHT THIS WEEK: Mr G Clark (Airth) caught a £50 RED TAGGED Trout this week from the middle fly pond using mini-lures.
