The thread "How many years" reminded me of our early fishing trips when we used to fish on silkweed. Any body still using it today? we used to get loads of Trent roach on it. Cheers.

I reckon it was about 1950 When I first went fishing near the old Wilford power station on the river Trent Nottingham. I'd be eight then. Who's nicked me Avatar?????? Cheers.
