i have a cobra fish and dive kayak and its the best one that i have seen for stability and i looked around and done a lot of research before i got mine. im a fit 171/2 stone but i can stand up on mine in the sea on a calm day. your weight is a lot to do with it so best of luck with your choice DAI

I HAVE BEEN OUT FOR THE LAST WEEKS AND DONE SOME FISHING NOT HAD NOTHING THOUGH LOL I WAS IN ABERAVON ON SUNDAY JUST GONE IT WAS A GOOD PADDLE AND A BIT OF A FISH STILL NO FISH THOUGH NEVER MIND IT'S OUT OF THE HOUSE . MAKE A DATE AND I WILL BE THERE E-MAIL k9dai@aol.com

if you are thinking of just siting behind a pillar you can attach one side of a rope to the kayak go around the post and you control the distance from the pillar depending on the rip and you just let one end go and your away if you attach the kayak to the post you could get in some sh''t NOT GOOD & you can juge the distance as well. just keep safe that's the main thing happy fishing i hope that will help you Dai

CAN YOU GET DVD'S ON SAFTY & THE ART ON GETING BACK ON A SIT ON TO KAYAK

i have had canoe in the past and recently got a fishing kayak and they should not be on the river wen fishing season is in i fish my local river and if a craft went in my swim or near me it would really P''SS ME OFF but if you know a land owner i think you could do it with his consent as long as their is no fishing club in control of the rites for that stretch ?

I went out for the first time today and the sea was a bit rough but i only came off 3 times LOL it was on aberavon beach, I live near swansea and love my fishing pm me if you're going out im up for a trip
