Well I can now add the following to my CV ability to use: Angle Grinder Generator Belt Sander Chain Hoist Circular Saw Bench Saw Power Drill Removal of Engines Lift and Bolt on Gear Boxes ( christ they are bloody heavy) Painter Sander Stainer Mechanic Chef Keel Strap repairer Hand Rail Remover Bolt remover The one good thing about all this is I am getting to use all the power Toys oops I mean tools that the boys usually only use

Woohoo, just got a call from Davy.... Gear Boxes are ready will have them for this weekend ....... Wait a minute, if Davy will be working on the engines and gearboxes that means I'm doing the rest of the Sanding, Painting, Staining, Cleaning and cooking all by myself .... Mmmmmm methinks I will have to leave gearboxes behing and accidently wait till we are on the ferry to ask if they are in the car

I can promise that anyone who goes out to catch a BMD with Davy WILL get one, he is definately correct though when he says EXCEPT ME for some reason everyone else will be catching and I have even pinched their spots on the boat, pinched their rods and STILL none for me but I have a way to go I have only been trying for 5 years Dad was 8 years for his, although the new mark had not been found then.. maybe its Non family members only that catch them

Well not so much of an update from me but a warning, to anyone even considering helping a certain Mr Holt out..... be afraid be very afraid, Nick came along at the weekend to give us a hand and yet again him and I got soaked, abused and treated as downright slave labour on helping straighten the boat out after Holty ASSURED us the rope was secure both Nick and I ended up in the bloody Loch but we have warned him we shall get our revenge. :D

got to go with Ant on this one, I too have discussed this at length, I have a living will and hopefully it would be adhered to, I spent 20 years nursing and with the best will in the world and the best palliative care suffering still happens, I know for a fact if I felt a burden to my family I would be in more pain and mental anguish due to this, regardless of whether the pain and suffering is due to the disease, illness or state of mind of an individual I believe that we each have the right to chose to end our own suffering if the illness is terminal.

A British Airways passenger cabin was being served by an obviously gay flight attendant, who seemed to put everyone into a good mood as he served them food and drinks. As the plane prepared to descend,he came swishing down the aisle and announced to the passengers, "Captain Marvey has asked me to announce that he'll be landing the big scary plane shortly, lovely people, so if you could just put up your trays, that would be super." On his trip back up the aisle, he noticed that a well-dressed rather exotic looking woman hadn't moved a muscle. "Perhaps you didn't hear me over those big brute engines." he said, "I asked you to raise your trazy-poo so the main man can pitty-pat us on the ground." She calmly turned her head and said, "In my country, I am called a Princess. I take orders from no one." Dont even mention the Bass Pro shop Tack...when we were there last year we were in the shop for 4.5hrs the fist time and 3hrs the second time....and Davy says I take ages in shops

Well I haven't had such a great time since the last AN meet in August, what a fantastic bunch of people, it was great to meet Snatcher before LA and don't forget to leave THAT flag behind when you come up. Jan and Newt it was great to be in your company and don't worry Jan , most of us don't have a clue what Norrie is saying half the time. It was a pleasure to meet Chris and Andrea and as much as I admit that I enjoyed Alan and Diane's company the girls outshone the pair of you, they were a right treat to have around and both absolutely gorgeous( i have some photo's of them for you Alan) I managed not to embarrass myself by being to stupid and I am actually very proud of myself, as Snatch said I managed to put my own worms (YEUCKKKKKKKK) on the hook although still to scared too touch the Raggies. For me the fishing was good, caught my first cod, my first pout and my first fish from a charter boat. Once again it was great to meet everyone and I would certainly do it all over again, had a terrific journey there and back with the company of Nick and Guy, never seen anyone get soooo excited over wildlife like guy did visited Lindisfarne and Seahouses making sure the touristy bit was done also. By the way NORRIE, the Apple Pie went down a treat on the car journey home. PS David W thanks for catching the bait, and hopefully you can catch your first Skate on it.

3 Days of fishing for me Skate,Wrasse and Conger are what I'm aiming to get and anything else would be great if it chose to take the bait
