  1. Nice catch H That pic does look like a goldie.
  2. You gotta hand it to OK, they are continually developing new models and ideas.
  3. Been having problems with my photo account but sorted now. I would only rig the port side so you can fit a rudder at a later date if wanted. Here ya go. All you need to do is follow the trolley system on anglers afloat main site in the projects for the correct gear and with the tarpon just add a few extra pad eyes. http://www.anglersafloat.co.uk/Prowler_AnchorTrolley.htm Front end Closer look, note the extra pad eye to keep the lines below the gunwale, both lines need to go through this one. Rear end Closer look The extra pad eye for the rear, only the top line needs to go through this one. Hope this helps.
  4. How did I miss this post. Glad I seen it from the UKRGB. Fantastic trip there Simon and an inspiration to get out there.

    Tenby for the week

Friday is awkward in day but from afternoon onward is good and all weekend free as missus is away so no brownie points needed.
  12. I am off to town (tenby) for the week again from Sunday 17th. I will have a couple of yaks and fishing gear. Same as usual fishing mornings and evenings, nothing complicated just lure, troll and drift fishing. Will probably do a few sorties arond caldy island too. If anyone wants to come and have a session just get in toch, unless you think it's a dump of course
  13. Cheers Mate. It may be the numpty behind the lense not having a clue and getting over excited.
  14. I could sleep on a clothes line me I fished Friday and Saturday then shot home to fish Stackpole on Sunday. Once home I managed to catch 1 Tope around 25lb, 2 congers both about 20lb, a couple of Huss, lots of dreaded Dogs, some Pollack, 2 small Bass and a shedfull of Makerel. I did take some photo's but only 2 are even close to viewable. I need a new camera and probably some instruction on how to take a photo Conger And I think this is the one of the Tope
  15. Giz a tow You cant miss the reef, it's about 2 miles up the coast from the beach. The overspills will tell you where it starts.

  24. Have a blast lads, and dont forget to take loadsa pics for us.
  25. Wow I'm speachless, well maybe not. It was for me the best fishing trip I have ever done. Total for me was 6 tope to 40lb a sprinkling of bream and the usual dogies and Cardigan Bay Thugs (Huss) I got no fish photo's but the lads have plenty and will post as they get home. I do have some pics of the company that me and Nifty had on the way in on Monday. I have never been that close to dolphins before and it was fantastic. They snook up on Nifty first and whacked his kayak which nearly made him jump into orbit with shock. They played around and underneath us for a good 10 mins and finished off by tail slapping the bow on my kayak. Something I will never forget.
