  1. It maybe a bit to early for fly fishing from the yak, the waters still cold and the fish will not rise. Also a bit windy, don, know your area to well, but I don,t think the bass are in yet. Have a look at the UKSWFF site, this will give you a few ideas, terry
  2. Will Brumagen Phil, I am sorry but I hate do gooders due to the fact that they DO NO GOOD. If I go along with what you say then these little s==t,s would be given hoildays, made to play with dogs, and all would be right with the world, sorry thats making this act not wrong but the way to go for more freebees. Its a reward for doing wrong. Corydoras, the social system we have supports the morons, who don,t work, knock out god knows how many kids before they are 25, demand housing, more money, more of that. walk down any shopping centre durring the day and you will see these people who know nothing and will never know anything, The answer is simple no work, no money, no nothing. They would not have time to get out of their brains on beer and drugs because like most of us they are to f==ked from working all day.
  3. It just shows how low this country has got, I wish I could lay my hands on the bastards, and all the bloody do gooders that shield them. Its about time that law and order, and, well I just feel to sick to speak of this, I have two small dogs, and just can,t bring myselve, terry

  11. Maybe I should not answer this as I have a prowler 15 for sale at the moment, I don,t know if the warranty is for three years on the hull if the kayak is in new ower ship, thats one for you to ring johnson about, But if you are going to use the kayak for fishing and are thinking of fitting of rigs and extra rod holders etc, then as soon as you drill a hole in the hull thats the end of any warrantry, and this goes for what ever make the kayak is. Not a complete answer I know but the best one I have for you, terry
  12. Looks like no takers on the kayak, right lets try this does anyone feel like swapping the P15 for a smaller yak around 11 to 13 foot, the P15 is just to long for her indoors to deal with, let me know, thanks terry

  14. Hi when I lived in oxford, not to long ago, the fly fishing was very expensive, joined a small club between oxford and gloucester, they have the rights to 5 miles or so of river and at 75 pounds per year was just great, the fishing was good and most of the time it was just me on the water. farmore is a waste of time most of the time and I think I know who that fool was on the bank, he is a total A++ H+++ and I hope he is reading this. terry
  15. Hi look on maplins site, you will find the correct charger, its around 19 pounds, will charge 3.3 AH batterys and up to 24 volt, its auto so just plug and play. DO NOT CONECT TO CAR BATTERY CHARGER. will kill the battery. One thing with the maplins site, the prices are plus VAT. TERRY

  17. Hi S/M hoping to get a few pike my fly myself, and have been spending a lot of time over the winter making all sorts of flies for this years fishing. I just hope that the fish take account of all the hours I spend trying to make something nice for them to try eating , but I don,t think they will, terry
  18. Hi the exeter shipping cannel is open for fishing all year, there are also a number of other good fishing sites also open. One needs a rod permit to fish the cannel, but only membership to a fishing club after the 1st 1 lock. This gives one just over a mile of fishing. Membership of the club is 30 pounds a year and this allows one to fish the whole 6 miles of cannel plus around 14 other sites encluding kayak usable rivers. hope this helps, terry
  19. just let me know, i am around all week, pm for phone number if you wish, terry
  20. Thanks for that, terry To dave A. if you get a rod permit on the 31st, how do you feel about going for those pike on the cannel, the web site talks about 35lbs down there, let me know I am free most times, going myselve this weekend. terry
