  2. Well said Gilbo, thanks to ChrisW for organising the meet. I had great time with good company. No bass for me , but pollock, pollock, pollock didn't even manage any mackies!!! Still a novice, I learnt a lot from the trip, different setups on kayaks, fishing techniques, don't eat a large pasty on your break!!! As you can see from the pics, fishy, scenic, Gilbo's bass and lunch, my camera didn't work only found out when I got home. Thanks for the company, See you soon hopefully, Cheers, Chaz

  6. Hi Paintfly, fished stanbury (from shore) monday, just 1 hour up as time was tight, 1 largish rockling (my usual spring species ) to whole squid. Have been meaning to try welcombe since I got my P13 last autumn. Thought you were on the south shore?? Cheers, Chaz

Hi gilbo, good to see your nets produced (maybe not the target species), might get myself a couple for this summer Just looked on local.live for your possible launch site, quite small beach with car park and woods to the right? if thats the place then loads of potential.   12. I have seen the trolley system used on AA, just wondered if anyone uses a different system? having spent quite a bit on a kayak thats built to be near enough water tight, I don't really want to put too many holes in for all the cleats etc. Any ideas? cheers

  16. Stu the rear set for the actual rudder the front pairs for the rudder peddles. I have been looking at using the front ones for securing a bar/shelf for FF/GPS etc as I don't expect to use a rudder. Cheers

  18. Anyone know if the 128 or similar Garmin units come as portable (batts on the unit)? I need to remove the unit when not on the water and would prefer not having a battery inside the hull. cheers

  20. Anyone know where I can get hold of some pool noodles? either that or suggest other items to aid bouyancy should my kayak fill with water? what about bubble wrap?. cheers
