Sandeel imations 4/0 hook, pupils move epoxy resin heads. Top lure wet bottom lure dry, comments please chaps - room for improvement?

wouldn't know one end of a lure from the other but if that ain't a decent sandeel replica then i'm a dwarf.

ireckon the pollack at the mull will love them bass too :D

Tell you what Yak the next variation was going to have some kind of "popper" head tied/glued into it. I have seen them advertised somewhere but cannot remember where. Any ideas chaps?

I am sure imatating an injured sandeel on the surface would induce more bass to take,just need eyes in the back of your head for those damm sh-t hawks!

These might do you. Floating 'bullet weights' and when reversed so the pointy end is to the rear, they make a nice popper head.

 

Maybe add one of These to the hook shaft right behind the head so hidden in the skirting material? I'm sure that some food items the fish enjoy make a clicking sound like a small crab would and that might help draw fish from a little more distance so they could spot your lure.
