we,ve got this ancient nose bleed remedy called malt whisky. It dos,nt stop the nose bleed you just don,t care that you,ve got one.

Hi Chuby,Valley Dam is easy to find,take route to Lake Vyrnwy,then turn left for Dolanog and Llanfihangel,follow road till you see cemetry on right then turn left for approx. 1/2 mile take forst left down lane & Valley Dam is on your left,well worth a visit.
