How do you put these on your hook, my kids school haver a big box of old ones for recycling and I was thinking of trying a few

I am sure cod have eaten dropped mobiles before.You can just imagine one(with a mettalic finish) dropped from a boat "fluttering down to the bottom.Not much different to a pirk really. BUT for it still to be working

Phones can survive a dunking, but batteries very very rarely do, as soon as the contacts are shorted they're pretty much buggered.

most phones have those little holes for attaching straps to so you can hang them around your neck, or you have probably seen little keyring things hangin from them. im sure you could adapt a rig on to that

Phones do survive falling in the loo etc.. as long as you dry them out completely before trying to turn them back on

But salt water, for a week -- come on!
