I'm getting hacked off with lazy estate agents so now looking around elsewhere! Anyone ever sold their house themselves on-line? - if so through which site?

 

Anyways - on the off-chance someone here maybe interested I'm offering a 4 bedroom (5 at a push!) detached house in West Reading (Calcot). The 5th bedroom is currently used as an office and has the underfloor plumbing to be a second bathroom (we just never put in the bog, bath and sink when we built the extension 8 years ago). Downstairs is a cloakroom, lounge, kitchen/diner and utility room. Integral garage. Excellent decorative order. Postioned at the end of a cul-de-sac -overlooking fields. Holybrook 2mins walk, River Kennet 5 mins. Excellent barbel fishing on your doorstep!!! House was built 1985 by Bryants (we've been here since 1987). Front garden to lawn and double drive. Sorry Chris can't help with the sale. But the price sounds a bit good to go with the area!! You would be pushing £2k up here for something like that!! So sounds cheap to me!!

It is to be observed that 'angling' is the name given to fishing by people who can't fish.

If GOD had NOT meant us to go fishing, WHY did he give us arms then??

(If you can't help out someone in need then don't bother my old Dad always said! My grandma put it a LITTLE more, well different! It's like peeing yourself in a black pair of pants she said! It gives you a LOVELY warm feeling but no-one really notices!))
