I'd say he was speaking as highly as possible about Tradman.... not so sure about the other target though. No doubt Chris has his reasons.

 

Tradman and Chris are both people with whom I have communicated on business matters and I'd say they were both certainly men of their word.

 

Perhaps Chris works on the laudable principle that if you can't say a good word about somebody, don't say anything at all.
