any of you old buggrs remember this board game?

well i do i will always remember one night 1970/71 not sure which i was about eleven years old. dad said he would take me my brother and 8 of our mates fishing in his transit van to kingsbury water park (staffs) at 4 am . dad went to bed me my brother and the others stayed up all night at our house. we were so excited about going fishing that we didn`t want to sleep. it was the first time i had stayed up all night.

me and my mates spent he night playing angling subbuteo!

i thought it was a great game. looking on the subbuteo web site they stopped making the game in 1972. i had forgotten all about the game until

i saw it by chance on ebay!

i bid i had to have it. it cost me 50 quid!!!!

don`t care iv`e got it. it`s in a1 condition.they come up now and again on ebay ,very rare to get one in a1 condition though i`m chuffed!

p.s. still has origional price tag on it and im not telling ya!

Never seen the game before but take it to Ant's place and we can have a game, sounds like the only way to catch.

50 quid - blimey - I've got that in the roof somewhere - doubt it could be described as A1 condition though!
