No, but violent fundamentalists and spreaders of hate of whatever religion/political group/ethnicity are what was fought against. Nazis and Muslim terror supporters are the same in my book......deeply nasty and unnecessary.

We recently had our cenataph vandalised.

It's a reminder of all those local people who died in both world wars, and regularly adds the names of those that died in more recent wars, (Falklands, Gulf wars, Iraq, Afganistan etc).

 

It was vandalised by painting swastikas and obscene graffiti all over it.

 

The culprits? A bunch of white kids from another area. The idea was to 'get at' the kids in our area.

 

Idiots come in all shapes, sizes, colours, nationalities, and political/religious beliefs.

 

 

 

Did anyone bother to scroll down the page, and read any of the dross printed there?
