Wasn't the current US formed relatively recently by violating all those principles and outing the original native population?

When people work and send the money out of the Country that is a direct loss to the fiscal state of the Country. Quite simply put, if you ran the village store and employed all the people in the village to work for you and they spent a large proportion of their wages on the next village shop, you would not last long.
So what about all the financial instutions who send MILLIONS of pounds 'home' daily?

What about people like me who took £hundreds-of-thousands out of the UK to by property in in sunnier climes, or who like me have to pay €100s every month to dependant children overseas. The amount of money that is sent abroad by private individuals is a tiny drop in a very large ocean.
