Word of Warning

I used to think that multiple rods, buzzers and bolt rigs were the very opposite of true angling. I have since fished a few waters (not for carp either) where it's suddenly all made sense, and I've come to completely change my mind. It certainly can appear lazy and selfish, but what you don't usually see is all the hard work, watercraft, observation, feature finding, baiting, etc. that has already taken place.

 

Fishing in this way can be, and often is, a damn sight harder and requires far more skill than trotting for roach or quivertiping for chub!
