I blend all my own groundbaits, I enjoy doing it and catch fish.

One tip, is to write down what you have put in, and in what quantities.

This enables you to adjust mixes during the experimental stages.

I,m not sure MY groundbait attracts fish any better, than that you can buy in the shops, but its good fun mucking about (and cheaper). :)

One of my 'secret ingredients', is to use a pestle and mortar and grind up some breakfast cereals to add to your mix.

You can use anything from sugar puffs to cheerios, whatever's in your cupboard. It certainly makes your groundbait different, and it gives me extra confidence if I think I'm using something different to everyone else!

You can grind it into a powder, or leave some larger chunks, which will rise to the surface.

I can't be sure if it increases the amount of fish you catch, but it's great fun experimenting, and that's what it's all about!! :):)

Any tips on how to turn leftover stale bread into crumb?

If I bake it in the oven it turns rock hard, and the food blender won't touch it

Bleeding heart liberal pinko, with bacon on top.

Best way to turn bread into crumb is to stick it through the blender before you dry it. Once it's as fine as you want stick it in the oven for a while. If you then want it even finer put it through the blender again.

Buy a coffee grinder!!!!!!!!!

I use one to crush pellets into a fine powder which can be made into paste, boilies or groundbait!!!!!!!
