Believe NOTHING anyones says or writes unless you witness it yourself and even then your eyes can deceive you

None of this "the enemy of my enemy is my friend" crap it just means i have at least two enemies!

There is only one opinion i listen to ,its mine and its ALWAYS right even when its wrong

Nah chesters, up North we fish in T'cut in T'flash in T'brook and T'lodge.

Ian I do most of my fishing in cheshire club waters, and locally canals and stillwaters around leigh, also river douglas which flows out through wigan towards southport.

If you are near Warrington have a look at the warrington anglers card I think its about £25 per year and offers a lot of waters, they have a website.

If you fancy a long waiting list and don't mind driving some distance to fish good waters and can afford considerably more, then have a look at Prince Albert angling society of macclesfield, they too have a website and around 280 waters.

There is also Lymm anglers, and the St.Helens/Sankey canal is popular though I've only fished it once myself.

It largely depends on whether you are mobile.

Our perception of time as an orderly sequence of regular ticks and tocks has no relevance here in the alternative dimension that is fishing....... C.Yates
