if you feel your being ripped off anyone with a modicum of sense and a decent toolbox can do pretty much anything ,as i keep saying all the time people pay high prices you will have high prices.In this case though nothing more than sense a screwdriver and a 10mm socket

I know who to ask when my "electrodomesticos" go wrong!

i promise not to do a home visit it will be strictly RTB

pretty crude things washing machines ,most is air and concrete appart from the timer or programmer its straight forward .

Espares (the online shop i was shocked by the price of the brushes) does have some handy vids for fixing common "electrodomesticos" problems

So was a mate of mine, so much so he was electrocuted!!!!

 

and on his wedding anniversary that was also his widowed wife's birthday.

DOH ,before pushing it right under the work top we did a trial run to ensure the pump i peeked behind and the inlet hoses were watertight ,once we saw they were it was pushed right under.

the water pressure is so high here the inlet cock in the garden is only half open and the cold water feed about a quarter ,any more and it starts leaking new hoses or not

in the old house i complained the pressure was to low (a sprinkler got to about 4 feet!) now we have pressure we could water the bloody whole street with its too expensive to use!

Same here, just have it open enough so that the hot water boiler kicks in when the hot tap is opened.

unfortunately to the strange design of our new boiler the boiler is right next to the sink but the hot water comes from the other side of the house ,we waste electric pumping water to heat the hot water!

in the old design the tank was right next to the back boiler! complaint after complaint about larger bills despite the various plumbers insisting the new boiler was more efficient ,then after 3 years it was found a valve was wired in backwards better now but still wastes a sink of water waiting for it to get hot

I dont know if you have boilers like we do??

Its pretty small wall mounted. No pilot flame even. When you open a tap the water goes through it and a flame lights, then the burners. When you shut the tap it all shuts down. you only burn the gas when the tap is running and there is no stored hot water. Cheap.
