and i suppose the copper pipe was ripped out of some poor chaps house ( joke Norm honest). :lol:

 

With the chrome pipe sometimes i use black or red insulating tape for a bit of colour.

 

Blue shads are best. :)

:D I used to get it from my brother in law, he was a plumber. :D

Pirks have the advantage that they won't catch anywhere near as many pout as shads and other jellies do, and it's easier to keep them near the bottom in a wind against tide situation.

The fladen pirks are good value for money, but you must change the hooks and split rings as they are completely rubbish.
