I will have a look but I think I only have ver 8.0. Have you thought about using Open Office? it is freeware and nearly as good as Office and better than Works.

Thanks Tony, i had works pre-loaded on my laptop, with all me docs and files, and i wish to continue using the same with me next machine, i tried to move it over without any luck, however i have seen works 9 on ebay about a tenner, so i think i will put me hand in me pocket for a change.

It is to be observed that 'angling' is the name given to fishing by people who can't fish.

If GOD had NOT meant us to go fishing, WHY did he give us arms then??

(If you can't help out someone in need then don't bother my old Dad always said! My grandma put it a LITTLE more, well different! It's like peeing yourself in a black pair of pants she said! It gives you a LOVELY warm feeling but no-one really notices!))

Open Office well worth a try, and totally free too. Will open and create all Microsoft office formats.

 

Won't handle MS works files, but libre office will:
