Earlier tonight my trusty old pentium gave up the ghost!! As I was in the middle of organising several thousand pounds worth of trips for myself, I was a tad miffed? What would you do at 3am?

Well so would I. Take yourself off to Tesco and buy a brand new computer!!

My old screen was about 800 X 600? This new one is in the thousands!! 256megDDR ram, DVD, CD, Copier drive bells `n buzzers. All for £800!!

I paid nearly £3,000 for my old P100 with it`s lazer printer, when it first came out. Now I get state of the art for less than a third of the price!!

No wonder so many computer firms are going bust?

That`s enough for now. Have to test all the bits out?

Sod fishing this weekend. I`m off to buy a nasty killing game!! LOL

Spasor - have fun with that hot new machine.

 

My only real problem is they only seem to be "hot" for a little while and then the seem normal. And you gotta have more stuff to make it seem hot again.

No monitor though, but it looks good to me.
