French fish in

Sportsman

Recommended Posts

I thought I would try this again.

I have found a venue that might suit.

How about a 20 acre gravel pit with carp to 48lb, grass carp to 45lb, cats to 84lb and sturgeon to 35lb

lots of features to fish to

Showers, toilets etc

Secure site

Cost is £100.00 for a full week from Sat to Sat in October. We might even get it for less if there are a few of us.

It is about a 3 hr drive from the ferry ports at Caen and Le Havre

Let me know what you think

Initial thoughts are that I would be interested, BUT are you able to be a bit more specific about the geographical location? - it's highly likely that I may travel with others who are not anglers, and local 'entertainment' would be a consideration from their viewpoint ... leaving me in peace to fish :D Will happily (and discretely) accept a PM if you'd rather (understandably perhaps) keep shtum about the precise location at this stage?

Hi Peter

It is about 30 mins from Le Mans in one direction and Anger in the other. Tours is about 40 mins. All interesting places. Le Mans is well worth a visit

Might be intrested but is that B&B or full board ? :P

Women need a reason to have sex. Men just need a place.

Sounds like great value and with some top fish to go for, unfortunatly I have as usual committed all my leave for another year to holidays and short fishing trips.
