The one thing worse than a cop is a guy with a badge who's not a cop.

you know what happens alright the men given spy status might get thumped, ------------- but their "co ordinators" will remain bruise free.

Jobsworths the lot of 'em. Fishing with licence OK, fishing without a licence makes you a criminal............yeah, big deal....serious crime squad here we come. Could be fun if they ever licence beach fishing :)
