There is a software called "Handslap" that works well, it can be found on the end of your arm,

Den's is freeware too so should be ideal.

 

Otherwise, the only method I can think of is to have a shop disable the button and use a software command to open the drive when you want.

 

Of course, that will make it difficult if you ever need to boot from a CD when the OS won't load.
