CD Rom Lock

Does anyone know of any freeware or shareware software to stop the cdrom drive from being ejected. I know this sounds silly but i've got a 16 month old son that has discovered the cdrom drive and thinks it's great fun opening it and slamming it shut So now you can see my need for the software any help would be great

There is a software called "Handslap" that works well, it can be found on the end of your arm,

 

worked with all my kids!

Den's is freeware too so should be ideal.

 

Otherwise, the only method I can think of is to have a shop disable the button and use a software command to open the drive when you want.

 

Of course, that will make it difficult if you ever need to boot from a CD when the OS won't load.

But spend four times the amount you did on your PC and only be able to run a third of the software... hmm... tough choice!

Thanks Chester1 got the software and it works the only draw back is i have to keep reconfiging it for my two drives as it only locks one at a time but it works al the same thanks for the link
