Very interesting

 

Have never used an Agutters rod, but as they say in their archives, some of the very best split-bamboo was turned out by J B Walker and Sharpes,

 

I have several rods I made from J B Walker's blanks and one Sharpes - all are way ahead of other split bamboos I have handled.
