Here comes a heated debate

In a report I read somewhere last week it was predicting gas and electricity shortage this winter IE blackouts.

If this happens the power companies cannot make any money off as as there is nothing to supply, to make up for the predicted shortfall in profits this may cause them there is a possibility they have come up with an idea to keep their shareholders happy..................

We live in a country run by idiots. France won't suffer from gas "shortages" despit not having any of it's own. The French have built a gas storage facility near Marseilles that can store five years worth of gas at current consumption rates. France's electricity generation is almost 100% nuclear and the French enjoy retalil electricity prices that are amongst the cheapest in Europe.

The problem isn't what people don't know, it's what they know that just ain't so.

lets just hope that france never has a nuclear accident then, as all the eggs in one basket could be a major lights out situation.

France obtains 75% of its electricity from nuclear power and the industry's future has become a political issue.

New for 2016 TAT are the main instigators for the demise of the u k bass charter boat industry, where they went screaming off to parliament and for the first time assisting so called angling gurus set up bass take bans with the e u using rubbish exaggerated info collected by ices from anglers, they must be very proud.

Upgrade, the door has been closed with regards to anglers being linked to the e u superstate and the failed c f p. So TAT will no longer need to pay monies to the EAA anymore as that org is no longer relevant to the u k . Goodbye to the europeon anglers alliance and pathetic restrictions from the e u.

Angling is better than politics, ban politics from angling.

Consumer of bass. where is the evidence that the u k bass stock need angling trust protection. Why won't you work with your peers instead of castigating them. They have the answer.

Recipie's for mullet stew more than welcomed.

Angling sanitation trust and kent and sussex sea anglers org delete's and blocks rsa's alternative opinion on their face book site. Although they claim to rep all.

new for 2014. where is the evidence that the south coast bream stock need the angling trust? Your campaign has no evidence. Why won't you work with your peers, the inshore under tens? As opposed to alienating them? Angling trust failed big time re bait digging, even fish legal attempted to intervene and failed, all for what, nothing.

Looks like the sea angling reps have been coerced by the ifca's to compose sea angling strategy's that the ifca's at some stage will look at drafting into legislation to manage the rsa, because they like wasting tax payers money. That's without asking the rsa btw. You know who you are..

So what's your solution Barry; you never seem to say anything positive you just go picking holes in other peoples posts. What would your long term energy policy for the UK be. UKIP seem to be keen on nuclear and fracking. How would you like a nuclear power station or fracking rigs in your back yard? They also seem to been on hydro. This makes sense but unfortunately merry old England is a bit short on high mountains with lakes near their summits.

The problem isn't what people don't know, it's what they know that just ain't so.

I do belive the 600000 Eu migrants plus our own unemployed should be made to walk on treadmills all day long so the working tax payers can get home, put the kettle on and watch TV cheaply :hypocrite:

So are you saying that the US of A have no renewable energy plans? Is that what you really think?

no no, play fair, you dismissed the one below out of hand. I questioned your written word re putting all the eggs in one basket, much like the e u I suppose. :) I never ask you your personal opinion of the uk's policy, you would be surprised at my response though. I don't like nimbies, is that a good enough clue?
