Not true, I just don't like catching the smaller grade of fish. With the 100 mm nets I still catch a few at 36cm and 38 but mostly 40 to 50 cm.

It gets a bit confuseing because you are refering to me personly, when I am trying to refer to all commercial bass fishermen.

 

Ah, ok sorry. You're luckily in the position where you can afford to target the larger fish. Do most of your 'colleagues' use 100mm, or less? If everyone is on 100mm and getting the 38cm+ fish then surely the argument for not going to a 45cm limit is diminished, becuase no-ones getting many 36cm fish anyway?
