Lable Printing Software

any one know of any freeware lable printing software thats easy to use ,i have downloaded 5 so far and not one works ,i have printed them out before but i'm burgered how i did it ,i have a saved "Word" lable i used before and word infact has a lable making dooda but i cannot use my saved layout ,clicking on lables brings up meaningless boxes for me to fill in

all i need is one where you drag the saved "lable" to it and it fills the rest of the sheet in its just a batch of pictures for heavens sake that need putting in the correct places ,simple yes errr no err maybe

i'm buggered if i can remember (their all uninstalled and deleted) the last one was "visual lables" trouble was the "lable" filled the whole screen so you had to use the sidebars to veiw it all ,more a design thing than a printing aid.

the programs insisted in listing codes as the way of choosing the size of the lables rather than the actual sizes and quantity on a page to get the approx size/number you had to click on every damn one till you found it

then went into design mode rather than import a word type ready made version

Right, so your after summink to do postal labels? Tuggs suggests Coral PrintHouse - Do you have a copy of that or would you like dig out an evaluation copy?

 

Got an old copy knocking about somewhere.

I have some Serif software which does avery labels!! If that is any good?? Does a WHOLE lot more too!

All sorted ,i downloaded Printmaster from here :

childs play (as all software should be in my case) , choose the lable outlay ,it has pics to help (hooray) grab a photo ,position it ,make a text box (make sure the typing is center justified ) type in your addy ,position the text box next to the pic and print it .

good software and free ,even better your lable is saved as a lable template so when you run out its there ready
