Blimey - they must have been at a really strange price before the VAT went down. It's almost as if they've stayed at the same retail price and the retailer is pocketing the 2.5%, which seems to be the case everywhere

Now I'm not trying to chuck a spanner in the works BUT these items are as about as popular as a dose of the flu. I have tried one and didnt rate it at all. None of the other anglers I have spoken to like it either. One tackle shop up here has several and cannot give them away.

Perhaps they're the old model, mine siezed up, not stainless.
