Hey Nifty might be worth having a look at a pair of these for your feet, I have bought a pair of their gloves but not tested them out yet, wanted to get the thermal liner socks but they had sold out. Available at Millets and Blacks. Expensive but if they work then worth it, like you I suffer with cold feet

They look the business and there's a place locally that stocks them, so Ill be down there soon to have a look. A bit pricey as you say but if they work gotta be worth it.

I use those SealSkinz sock on my bike, keeps my feet warm and dry

never tried the gloves as yet

I've had a pair of the socks for the last 3yrs and used them for hillwalking as well as winter fishing... great but after 3 yrs they needed replaced as they started leaking. Treated myself to the gloves as well this time..... but they sprung a leak second time out

 

I'll be testing out Millets returns policy shortly .......

The gloves I bought are the SealSkinz Ultra Grip Gloves, untested as yet, but they feel nice Going to try them on the ski slopes next week, if they can take me sliding down a mountain on my a*$e then they should be up to a bit of kayaking
