Can't rmember if it was on these forums but read an article once about a Sheriff in USA who made his prisoners wear pink overals on road gangs and banned them from coffee, cable TV, porn etc.

 

Anybody remember, tried search here, google etc

I am sure you're right Newt. Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Maricopa County, Arizona.
