The miner's right in the NT has been waived. It takes a few blokes and wages to cover thousands of sq miles for what, 1, 2, measely fossicking permits?

 

I tried to buy one when looking for garnets in the Harts Ranges, NT and was told they are no longer sold; that was 2013.

Your right it seems ,on my link it says you do but on this one you dont
