My carping outing on the 01/05/06

I went fishing today to my secret carping water today and the magic is still there.

 

Start fishing at 5.30am and finish at 7pm and my arm is killing me again :

 

Last year I thought it was all mirror carp but I was wrong there are also a few Common Carp running into double figures!

 

I started really slowly catch some small carp on my home made boilies and they work as I treat, also using some bloodworms pellets which I ordered a few days ago from here

Also I have a bad day with my tackle. My new JRC landing net broke as the draw cord (which hold the net across) snap while trying to land the biggest mirror of the day. Weighing at 13lb 9ozs

 

 

Lucky I had a spare landing net with me.

 

 

Final Total was 8 Mirror Carp and 2 Common Carp
