More Hurricanes - now Hanna is looming

Light rain only here. Hanna passed a bit to our East.

 

The race is postponed until tomorrow.

Hanna gave us a miss but you may not able to say the same. We are sending her along into the North Atlantic early Monday AM via Nova Scotia and the prediction is 52ºN 30ºW by Tuesday afternoon and moving basically due east.

Hannah's remains will be with us shortly - dues to cross the Uk in the next 24 hrs.

 

Ike has survived Cuba in good nick and now has very favourable conditions to become a major cyclone (again!). Texas could get it's worst hurricane for 40 years.....

:o Have family in Texas. They were predicting a bad hurricane season and it would appear the Gulf and the States/Countries off of it are getting the worst of it.
