SEPTEMBER TORBAY FISHING TRIP

Recommended Posts

To wet your appetite for Sunday I gave Brixham Harbour a go this morning from dawn until 11am, caught 4 Bass, not big but this little fella put up a grand fight, he had a rusty 1-0 in his lip :o so removed both hooks and off he went, all the fish were returned :fish:

Yakerbass,

I was working in the bay this morning and seem to remember you putting up a post about having tuesdays off.Had a feeling you might be out as conditions were lovely as they often are unless there is an easterly blowing.

Only place we didn't visit was Brixham, had paignton sea front four times!

Wish all of you well for Sunday,I'm working the Saturday night shift so unless something miraculous happens I doubt I'll be there.

Stay safe and good fishing/fun

Jon.

Hi all,

Just got my inside weather report, as it stands the worst day will be Saturday but on Sunday the wind is forecast to drop in our favour but it will be overcast and dull with maybe a few showers. But thats a minor problem, we do have options for easy landings if you feel you are getting to wet but what I say is once your wet your wet!!!!

To those of you who will be new to the area we are NOT launching from the breakwater car park and if you are not sure where to go you will need to go to the opposite side of the inner harbour drive up the hill and follow the car park signs for coaches, that will take you down by a big block of flats, we all park down in the lower car park.

If anybody who is coming wants my mobile number just PM me.

I will give an update on the weather on this forum on Saturday and answer any last querys.
