What's happened?

I throw insults at people and they throw them back, that is one of the rules of life that some are not aware of. I remember having an annual appraisal when my RSM stated "You cannot accept constructive criticism." I replied "I think you are wrong Sir and I do not accept what you say." He never got it until a little while later I bought him a small teddy bear as a present. When he asked me why, I told him, when you get angry at somebody don't throw insults at them personally, take the teddy out of your pocket and throw it to the ground.

 

 

Another useful question is to ask some one who is argumentative: "who always has to have the last word?" if they say "you" , you make sure you just give a knowing smile back and say nothing ....... point made!!
