Hiya, Jim and Paul, on page 69 of January's issue, there is a pic of Eltons twin brother, it might even be himself, maybe he got a new job...

Davey? Ready?

The December issue of BFM featured a skate trip. 6 anglers on 2 boats over 3 days!

Over the same 3 days Davy and myself fished.

They managed 22 skate for a tad over 2600lb.

In the same time span, I managed 11 skate for 1360lb!! We all did the same afternoon shift!!

Work it out for yourself. 2 boats X 3 anglers, versus myself and Davey. Of course we made a mockery of their article. Most of the time it was just myself and Davy. I`d haul a fish up, Davy would grab the leader, I`d unclip the rod and reel, grab the leader from Davy, Davy would gaff the skate and we`d bring it over the side!! If I added Davys` fish we would have equalled them with just the one boat and 2 anglers!!

But then again, you know that you sod!!
