Chesters, I suppose it depends how BT interpret 'upgrade'.

I would have thought that dial-up to broadband is not an upgrade its a new service altogether.

You are not currently a BT total broadband customer, just a BT customer like many of the rest of us.

Now, 2Gb broadband to unlimited broadband is an upgrade. Try ringing them and asking they can only refuse.

 

I'm still having problems getting onto AN thanks for the info Si glad its not just me.

Chesters, that is a true UNLIMITED ..no limits either way.

 

You may even get a free modem etc with it.

Can't be bad :) I have never had a problem with them since I switched from BT about 3 years ago.

thanks for your offer i may take it up as strangely most isp's think everyone has wireless ,the only one i have is in the car and its full of music (errr some peole call it that)

and what (he questions with raised eyebrows) did i actually do for your sadly underused and under publicised collectors corner seen here in all its glory :

i have just visited the front door and cant even see a link there for it ,a nice picture of some old reel with a large headline saying "do you collect crap like this" or the upmarket version "vintage reel collectors den" and hopefully a few more forum members will join via the search engine route looking "old crap reels" or whatever! (no "wink" emicon available damn it)
