Eel (y good fishing)

Recommended Posts

A good eel. You will have to send me details of the water mate as will be looking for some still water eel venues once we've moved. Doubt there's going to be much time this summer but will be hitting it big time next year!

And thats my "non indicative opinion"!

No worries mate:

its our clubs own water here in sunny Fakenham!

its a membership or day ticket water with a good head of carp (double figure and smaller), bream, tench, roach, rudd and perch, a few crucians and apparently at least one bloody good sized eel!

the lake is called Willsmore and is situated just on the edge of Fakenham.

weve also got some nice chalk stream trout fishing on the Wensum!

Budgie, once you've settled in how about a Norfolk fish-in somewhere - any excuse to revisit the homelands!

this big bugger came out of one of our lakes the other day:

I know a lot of fishermen really hate catching an eel; but even so..this is one hell of a catch!

id be chuffed with it!

Yes. This is proper specialist fishing...anyone can catch the stillwater cod fish!

Oh Jeez for your own clubs sake it might be best to delete the location and private message members if you wish. This eel on here will be a magnet for many who will not be in your club...
