Off on my first ever sole fishing trip tonight. Got some hooks smaller than the ones I use for carp fishing, plenty of bait and some good company

Good luck, when I go sole fishing the pout have a field day, small hooks and ragworm are the pouts favourite food, unless you want them for livebait, then it's a different story.
