I was wondering if you need insurance and such like or can you put a disclaimer on the tickets ?

The guys up this way are trying to organise an event for this coming summer as part of the local fishing festival. We shall keep you all posted on how its coming along.

I would think you would need a fast safety boat, a RIB or similar, with two experienced crew kitted out properly.
