I once caught a 2lbs chub that burped then threw up on me. I thought that was a bit coarse.

Certainly was not wanting to put you off but if I put my bigest fish on here I might get done under the trades discription Act.

For the record It was an accidental Pike of 15lbs 6oz hooked fairly in the scisors. The succesfull bait was double red maggot, I was fishing for dace at the time.

Caught a 25lb Conger Eel once. Not Coarse though of coarse fish, quite smooth actually!

took me four long months alot of blanks and heartache!but i got her eventually...just need a stillwater 20 now

Personally, much more likely to respond sensibly to a question written in english rather than text speak!

 

But the real answer - 18lb catfish, from Slough House lake, Essex, on a rudd livebait.
