OK, today I'm going to buy a floatation suit, I am so excited about this trip that I can hardly sleep, I just hope the wind calms down a bit.

Looking forward to seeing you all also. Do we need to disuss rods and reels etc ?? ie. who needs what ??

I will be calling the skipper on Thurs night to try to get an early decision about whether we are on or not.

I have e-mailed him a few questions at the moment and will let you all know anything that seems relevant.

Peter, If you can take an extra rod or so, I will do the same.....as far as I know, its only Phil, Jeepster,and mibbes Shaun that will need any gear......I will be in the shed this week, making plenty of 1lb weights.....can you think of anything else that will be needed, I will also make up a load of Pirks, but will need some split rings, and large Trebles......

where are we meeting saturday morning and what time, I don't know amble very well so pub names, clear marks etc would be helpful.
