On the South Lagoon Andy Wilkinson managed a 12lb pike while ‘Old Mick’ tempted two 9lb pike and a nice zander of 8.5lb. There are still lots of 1-3lb bream being caught by day anglers fishing the tip and the carp anglers are catching larger bream to 7lb at night.

Its been a good week at Beckerings with a top fish of 27lb to Andy Smith. James Muncaster tempted ten fish to 24lb in a hectic 24 hours. Mark Ridgeway landed three to 18lb, Pete Bartlett and his brother Aaron shared a six fish catch to 21lb and Paul Oldroyd banked three doubles in a short day session. Tony Sessions has been doing well targetting the bream at the reservoir landing 19 to 6lb with his fishing partner Bill having 10 to 6lb. The pair also had plenty of roach and perch during their day session.
