Micklewright’s Flash, near Crewe

Lymm AC is pleased to announce the acquisition of a fantastic new venue in Cheshire. Micklewright’s Flash is sited near Crewe, and the lease has been obtained after delicate negotiations by club officials.

The new venue is approximately four acres in size and forms part of the ‘Sandbach Flashes’ within the county. The well established water contains depths to approximately 6’ and has huge stocks of quality roach, tench, crucian carp, bream and king carp. Work will commence shortly to enhance the existing pegs and surrounding areas. Sited within the picturesque boundaries of a SSSI, ample car parking, vehicular access and gated security are already in place and the bank sides are suitable for the less able angler.

The site will be managed as a mixed coarse fishery with 25 permanent pegs and is expected to prove very popular amongst members.
